These are the rules of using poofs.co and our products. We tried to keep them short. By using the site or buying our strips, you agree to them. Last updated: May 2026.

POOFS, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 123 Brand Street, Brooklyn NY 11201. "We," "us," "our" — that's POOFS.

You can use poofs.co if you're at least 18 years old. You agree not to do illegal things on it, scrape it, or try to break it.

We can change, suspend, or shut down any feature at any time without notice. If we shut the whole thing down we'll tell you first.

POOFS oral strips are dietary supplements. They are not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. None of our claims have been evaluated by the FDA.

Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, on medication, or have a known medical condition.

Adults only. Keep away from children. Do not exceed recommended dosage (1 strip per day per SKU).

Prices are in USD and may change. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We'll confirm your order by email — that email is your record of purchase.

We use Stripe to process payments. By placing an order, you authorize the charge on your card.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Skip, pause, swap, or cancel from your account dashboard any time — no phone calls required.

We'll send you a heads-up email 3 days before each renewal.

Everything on this site — the brand, the names, the copy, the design, the photos — is ours. You can't reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission. You can share, post, tag, and remix in personal/social contexts. We love that.

If you post about POOFS using our hashtags or tag us, you give us permission to repost (with credit). We'll always ask before featuring in paid media.

We provide the site and products "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the product in question.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in New York courts, except where binding arbitration applies under our separate Arbitration Agreement.

We'll update this page when needed. The "last updated" date will show when. Continued use after changes = agreement to the new version.
