This is the legal-but-readable version of how POOFS handles your data. We collect the minimum needed to ship you strips and text you a heads-up before they run out. We don't sell your info. Last updated: May 2026.

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional, for SMS), and payment info (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers).

When you visit the site: standard browser/device info via cookies and analytics tools (Plausible, mostly), plus the products you viewed so we can recommend stacks.

When you sign up for the newsletter or SMS: email, phone, and your stated preferences.

To process and ship your orders, send order updates, and run customer support.

To send marketing (only if you opted in — unsubscribe in one tap).

To improve the product, the site, and the experience generally.

To comply with the law when we have to.

Service providers we need to operate: Shopify (cart/checkout), Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email/SMS), our fulfillment partner (shipping), and our analytics tool.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal info to third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose info to comply with the law or protect our rights.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct it at any time. Email privacy@poofs.co and we'll handle it within 30 days.

California residents have rights under CCPA. EU residents have rights under GDPR. Both are honored here.

You can opt out of marketing in one click (email) or by texting STOP (SMS).

We use essential cookies (to remember your cart), analytics cookies (anonymous traffic stats), and marketing cookies (to measure ad performance — only if you accept).

You can manage cookie preferences in our footer banner or via your browser settings.

POOFS is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email privacy@poofs.co and we'll delete it.

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes get an email notice. The "last updated" date at the top will always tell you when.
